Collaborative Funding Database – Submission Form

We’re building a database of collaborative funding initiatives to better understand the range of models being used to bring funders together to pool, coordinate, align or jointly direct philanthropic resources toward a shared purpose.

This form collects basic information about your collaborative, including its focus, funding model, participating funders, scale and approach to decision-making. We’re particularly interested in structured, ongoing collaborative funding initiatives, from established pooled funds to emerging models of aligned or participatory funding. It should take around 20-30 minutes to complete depending on the level of detail provided. Your responses will be emailed to you after submitting the form.
